31' Archambault A31

The Archambault 31 is a French designed 31 foot racer-cruiser that blends competitive performance with comfortable cruising amenities.

Designed by Joubert Nivelt, the A31 is comfortable both inshore and offshore. The A31 is a scaled down version of the A35 and A40RC, both successful designs.

Production began in 2009 and ran until 2017.

The A31 features a vacuum infused Fiberglass hull and a sandwich core deck offering a lightweight yet robust structure. The use of vinylester resin and infusion technology enhances durability and performance.

Below deck the A31 offer accommodation for six, including a forward V berth, a double aft berth and two saloon berths. The interior features a well appointed galley with a two burner stove, refrigerator and ample storage. The head compartment is spacious and the cabin boasts 6 ft headroom for comfort while cruising.

2010 Nanni N2-14 14hp inboard saildrive diesel; cruising speed 5 knots @ 2000 RPM; maximum speed 7.8 knots @ 4000 RPM; 30L fuel capacity; two bladed folding propeller; oil/water/temp alarm; raw water filter; bilge blower.

The electrical system is maintained through the charging of two 12 volt batteries; alternator; battery charger; 12 volt & 110/240 volt electrical panel; circuit breakers; polarity indicator; 110/240 volt shore power with cord; cabin lights.

Standard Horizon VHF; Raymarine autopilot (2018); Nexus knotmeter; Raymarine knot meter (new un-installed); Plotter (1 system on Raymarine screen plus one system on computer); electronic charts; Nexus depth sounder; Raymarine depth sounder (new and un-installed); Nexus wind machine; Raymarine wind machine (new and un-installed); Nexus GPS; Raymarine GPS (new and un-installed); Sony Vaio computer linked to nav system; Compass in cockpit; Stereo w/speakers.

*Original nav system from Nexus is still working but needs to be replaced by new Raymarine nav system which is provided (new 2024, top of the mast instruments are wireless.*
