**Sailboat is located in New-Brunswick, CANADA.** Sailboat has sailed from New Brunswick to the Bahamas, and back. Bought in Boston in 2022 and sailed to New Brunswick. Necessary upgrades were made to take it on a one-year adventure to the Bahamas in 2023-2024. - Length 36, draft 46, beam 10,5, airdraft 55 (mast 45 10 to waterline) - Plenty of storage underneath/behind beds, couches, cockpits benches closets with shelves - Hull has been scraped, sanded and repainted with Pettit unepoxy HRT antifouling (May 2025). Just bought 5 litres of new antifouling paint. Will come with the boat. - All lights have been replaced with LED lights (2023) - 110 volts shore power system - Sleeps 6, possibly 7 (V-berth 2, quarter berths 2, couch pull out double bed 2, 1 person can sleep on the other couch if necessary) - Large folding table in salon - Washroom with toilet, sink with fresh water and sea water faucets - (faucets new 2025) and adapter with shower head. Just bought a brand new sink, not yet installed. - Gimbal stove (alcohol and electric) - Large icebox (*We used it for storage. We used a 12V car refrigerator for our cold food items.) - Kitchen sink with fresh water and sea water faucets (faucets new 2025) - 100 litre fresh water bladder (2023) replaced fill hose (2023) - Macerator (2023) new Y-Valve (2023) replaced wastewater hose (2023) new hand pump (2023) - 18 gallons fuel tank - 2 x 5 gallons diesel jerry cans (yellow) - 1 x 5 gallons gasoline jerry cans (red) - 3 x 6 gallons freshwater jerry cans (blue) - Magma charcoal bbq with sunbrella cover - New 10 ft BRIS dinghy with aluminum floor bought in 2024 9.9 Suzuki 4 stroke outboard EFI (bought in 2023) We are sadly parting with our boat as we now have other travel plans.
