1974 Pearson 26 "Chancy" WITH dual-axle trailer, so no slip, no shipping, no haul-out. Bill Shaw design, masthead sloop, swept fin keel, spade rudder. LOA 26'1", draft 4'0", displacement 5,400 lbs, ballast 2,200 lbs, 5'8" headroom, sleeps 4. Tiller steered.

Teak-look decking recently installed throughout cockpit, side decks, foredeck. Bow pulpit, stern rail, full lifelines, foredeck hatch. STRAIGHT TALK: Selling on behalf of the owner. Bottom paint is serviceable but due. I have not run the outboard myself come start it and judge for yourself. Known checkpoints on this model are the hull-deck joint, rudder bearings, keel bolts and compression post; bring a flashlight and check all four. She is 52 years old and shows it in places. She also sails beautifully.
