For sale is "Argo," a 1978 Sea Sprite 23 Weekender designed by Carl Alberg, one of the most respected names in classic cruising sailboats. Known for her seaworthiness, graceful lines, and solid fiberglass construction, the Sea Sprite 23 is a proven coastal cruiser that is equally at home daysailing, weekend cruising, and longer adventures.

I have owned Argo since 2022 and sailed her multiple times per week during each season. During my ownership, she has completed numerous trips from Point Judith to Block Island and Cuttyhunk without issue. She has been consistently upgraded, maintained, and improved with an emphasis on sailing performance, reliability, and ease of handling.

Argo has been moored in Point Judith Pond during the sailing season and stored ashore at Ram Point Marina each winter. She has been professionally shrink-wrapped every winter and maintained with care throughout my ownership.

This is an opportunity to purchase a classic Sea Sprite 23 that has benefited from substantial recent investment in sails, deck hardware, propulsion, and electronics. She is ready to sail and enjoy immediately.
