Description:
This boat is fast, comfortable, and gorgeous with her classic lines. Her centerboard allows sailing in skinny water with a 39 minimum draft. The mahogany and teak down below cant be found on newer boats. Three burner propane stove and oven in working order. Refrigeration. Hot water heater with shower option both down below and in the cockpit. Both settees extend for berths and include Lee cloths for offshore sailing comfort. Excellent engine access under teak grate in cockpit in addition to under the companionway steps.

There are many upgrades that have been done to the boat.
-New Genoa in 2025 (Main is in great shape)
-All new running rigging
-Standing rigging was inspected and it is in great condition
-All new Raymarine instruments including wind angle and speed
-Brightwork done
-Feathering three blade prop
-The boat was repowered from the original motor to a yanmar 3gm 30 with low hours. Motor runs perfect and all the necessary maintenance has been recently done.
-Most of the cabin lights were replaced with LEDs
-Lewmar electric windlass for the anchor
-Portlights were professionally re-bedded
-Dodger and Bimini frames
