30' Island packet IP 27

The IP 27 features their successful design that combines a modern full keel with handsome traditional styling, a versatile, easily managed rig, all lines aft to the cockpit, full batten main sail, and an unusually spacious interior on par with mid 30 footers. The shallow draft full keel gives the IP27 bluewater capability as well as shallow waters.

Accommodations Forward: oversized v-berth with teak shelves to port and starboard,storage under berth, overhead hatch and two opening ports. Privacy curtain closes off forward cabin. The head is to starboard with hot and cold pressure water with shower and full draining shower pan. There is a large cedar-lined hanging locker in the head. A shelved cabinet is to port of the head. The main salon has a pull out double settee berth to starboard and a single settee to port, with stowage behind and under each settee. the settees are 5' foam cushions covered with custom designer fabric.The large drop leaf table is bulkhead mounted. A large quarter berth is aft stbd with a nav / electronics cabinet. An L shaped galley is opposite. A removeble teak companionway ladder is above the engine compartment that has several access panels. The cabin sole is varnished teak and holly. All standard original equipment, 1 new battery, new polyethylene waste holding tank 2012. We re-glassed the fresh water tank in 2012. Two Zarcor stern perch seats designed for this model, roller furling jib, lazy jacks, a traveller rig, auto pilot, dodger, all orig. interior cushions, plus cockpit cushions in VG cond., properly winterized, shrink-wrapped, bottom painted, buff and waxed annually.
