CORNEEL LOVE 28 FEET
HULL CONSTRUCTION Hull and decks moulded by hand with SUPER WHITE gel coat, high grade polyester resins, Woven roving’s and CSM lay-up throughout, with special strengthening in high load areas. Keels moulded with hulls as one piece, sterns extended with transom step built in.
BRIDGEDECK AND DECKHOUSE As above, plus end grain Balsa sandwich GRP construction on all flat areas, giving improved stiffness, strength and insulation properties.
MAIN BEAM: In anodised alloy section, with IYE mainsheet track and slider, slider line control jammers. Bolted to heavy duty s/s captive bolt in hulls.
RIG: Mast fitted with boom, slab mainsail reefing, PLASTIMO roller reefing for foresail. Halyards for main, foresail and spinnaker, all accessible from the cockpit. Sheets for Mainsail with 4.1 purchase, sheets for foresail, mainsail slider control lines. Forestay, bridle, shrouds and diamond striker stays in 6mm s/s, with roller swaged terminals, rigging screws and toggles.
DECK FITTINGS: 2 ANDERSEN s/s self tailing Genoa sheet winches, 2 self locking winch handles with pockets, 2 Genoa sheet tracks, sliders and turning blocks. 4 x 8” alloy mooring cleats. Foredeck trampoline close mesh netting. PLASTIMO steering compass.
STEERING SYSTEM: Twin rudders, with s/s stocks, canted aluminium tillers (Ackerman link), alloy tie bar and tiller extension.
ENGINE PROVISION: Lifting GRP tray with single line lift and cleat.
INTERIOR: All structural work complete, including installation of all bunk supports and buoyancy chambers. Hull sides, top and deckhouse coach roof finished in INTERNATIONAL anti condensation paint.
HATCHES/WINDOWS: Both hulls fitted with sliding hatches. Deckhouse with sliding hatch, washboards, 2 fixed windows in dark tinted PERSPEX. One S/L AEOLIAN vent fitted. |
