ACCOMODATIONS: Interior includes teak and holly flooring, spacious 6 ft 1 in headroom, smooth white fiberglass interior liner, 4 opening portholes/screens. and opening deck hatch for good ventilation. Open salon area with V-berth forward (sleeps 2), tweed fabric cushions, U-shaped wrap-around dinette, centerline dining table with drop leaf (serves 5), hanging locker, and stand-up navigation station. Enclosed head and shower area with fiberglass molded sink with vanity, marine toilet (w/15 gallon holding tank), hot and cold pressure water (head and galley w/40 gallon tank) and cabinets. Galley with single fiberglass molded sink, new Moen hot/cold water facet, two burner alcohol stove, top loading icebox, teak cabinetry storage, and cabinet under sink. The aft cabin is arranged with a large double berth (sleeps 2) running athwartship with tweed fabric cushions.

HULL & DECK: Iron bulb wing keel, spade rudder, 2-blade prop, walk-thru transom with swim platform, stainless swim ladder, removable helm seat, T-shaped cockpit, custom cockpit cushions, pedestal wheel steering, engine controls on pedestal, three cockpit lockers, stainless bow pulpit, stainless stern rail, stainless stanchions with single life lines and new gate stancions on port and starboard sides, grey contrasting non-skid, teak cabintop handrails, danforth anchor with rode/chain, and anchor locker in bow with roller.

SAILS & RIGGING: Mainsail (cleaned 2012) with reef points, new halyards run aft to cockpit, anodized aluminum mast and boom, deck stepped single spreader fractional rig with S.S. wire standing rigging, boom vang, mainsheet system, 110 Genoa (cleaned 2012), (2) Lewmar #17 self-tailing primary sheet winches, Lewmar #10 winch mounted on cabintop, control lines lead aft.

ELECTRICAL: Two new series 24-12v batteries, pedestal mount compass, horizon depth/speed display, VHF radio, 12/120 volt electrical panels, 120v/30 amp shore power system, 120V cabin outlets, 12V cabin and navigation lights, hot water heater, AM/FM/CD stereo with new dual marine-grade external cockpit speakers, and dual interior speakers.

ENGINE: 2004 1GM10 inboard diesel Yanmar engine, 12 gallon fuel tank.

TENDER: 7ft Achilles inflatable dinghy. With a roll-up wood/Achilles CSM fabric floor and solid transom, it can be inflated or deflated to store and go in minutes.
