Description:
Always-freshwater-kept Catalina 27 located on Lake Lanier in Georgia. The classic design is set up well for single handed racing or family cruising. It includes a Hood ROLLER FURLING Genoa, Edson WHEEL steering, ST4000 AUTOHELM, VHF, spinnaker pole, sound system and NEW INTERIOR. Sleeps 4 comfortably, but specs show it will accommodate 6. I'm looking for a local buyer and I will demo this boat by appointment. Shipping to another waterway must be set up by the buyer. I do not have a trailer or cradle for this boat. Georgia DNR registration is paid to 2013. US Coast Guard Documented Vessel. Lake Lanier PHRF Handicap Certificate on file (210 adjusted rating).

Equipment:
Anti-fouling bottom paint in 2007, new ultra-leather marine cushions, 2 deep cycle batteries, propane rail mounted grill, anchor, microwave, stereo/CD/MP3 and cockpit speakers, head plumbing, fuel tank, engine tune and new exhaust, doc lines, LED lights, some running rigging. It has a 30 hp inboard Atomic 4 engine with a folding prop. Also includes a dept meter, set of 2-speed winches, extra set of single speed winches, emergency tiller, swim ladder, and I'm including everything needed to sail away today (bumpers, 6 new adult life vest, new fire extinguisher, emergency distress flag, etc).
