1973 Pearson 10M (33ft.) $7,500.

This boat is ready to sail this season. We had it on land for the last three seasons with plans to restore to its original beauty and then I had kids and can no longer afford the time to restore or sail her. This is priced to move, not as a project boat as it is ready to sail as is. The main issues we have yet to get to on this boat are some aesthetic things like the deck painting, which was done by the original owner. At this point, we just hope it lands in good hands to get a lot more sail hours out of this great boat.

If you aren't familiar with Pearson boats or the 10M in particular, I suggest you read on as this boat holds a nice line and is a a really great make all around. Please call if you like to schedule time to view the boat or have questions.
