This boat is in good shape. You can sail her away.

Aft cabin 1 huge double berth.
Galley gas a 2 burner propane stove. A sink with fresh and saltwater foot pumps. Water tank is a 10 gal. I beleive.

The forward cabin has 2 single berths with sitting headroom a chart and dressing area and the famous bucket head.

The boat has so much storage. This boat was meant for a family of 4 to cruise the world.

She is appointed with a lot of task and mahogany.

Her center cockpit has teak grates, a bronze wheel and a bronze compression post under the mast. A lot of time and money was spent to build her.

Her A-frames are good shape.

This boat is rock solid.

What work does she need. Her cockpit needs some repair to the wood and fiberglass. I've had a few estimates to fix it under 800.00 but the new owner if handy can fix it themself. The rudder needs to be refiberglassed at some point. Her centerboard is in good shape and pulls down and raises on its own.

Her decks have had 1 coat of 2 part epoxy primer needs a second coast and painted and non skills applied.

This is one sweet boat to go Cristin in. 7 have gone around the world.

She will need a motor put on her there is a outboard braket.

Her hulls and decks are solid. She had also been fiberglassed in the the hulls on the inside to the waterline.

These boasts normally go for $18k to $40k.

She is located on San Francisco Bay.

I'm moving back East. So she is priced to sale. I may consider a trade of another sailboat on the east coast or the gulf.

I may consider financing for the right person. I'm asking $13,000 for her.

She will make someone a good cruiser or live a board/ cruiser.
