Description:
Classic Sparkman-Stevens design(Canadian version of the Tartan).Well built and great performing boat. Water line is 22'3" Ballast 3753 lbs.Was converted to wheel in 1980's. There is 6'2"head room in the main cabin making it very comfortable for standing room.
Hull has Awl-grip white
Lines have been led back to the cockpit.
Teak treated with Sikkens.
Points well.
Rides well.

Equipment:
Roller reefing headsail -150 and 110.In addition there is a cruising spinnaker with a dowser and a storm sail.
Engine,an Atomic 4 was rebuilt in 2005 and has had very little use.
Galley has a microwave.
There is a pressurised water pump.
Bruce anchor on stainless steel platform. A second anchor and 100 feet of line and 20'chain is included.
Hard floor inflatable.
Hardwired Garmen 75 with updated almanac.
Steel 6 pad cradle.
Lazy jacks on the main sail.
New jib sheets in 2012.
