Description:
Yacht Sylvia is being offered for sale for the first time in her life. Mom and Dad sailed it around the world and she is ready for another safe trip. The super sturdy hull is constructed of five skins of New Zealand Kauri and wormproofed with 3- 10 oz of fiberglass cloth. The deck and house are so heavily built it feels like you are walking on concrete! This is truly an ocean going yacht for a family of 5. The Sylvia has been a family home since she was built and with a minimal refit will be ready to take you anywhere in the world safely. 7 tons of lead ballast provides stiff sailing and first furl of sails at about 30 knots of wind.

Equipment:
Lees Marine Ford Diesel, furuno 32 mile radar, mulitple GPS's, ICOM single side band radio, ship to shore radio, watermaker, generator with a magneto to make 110v to power 100 amp smart charger. 400 gallons of fuel for 2000 mile range and 300 gallons of water. Salthouse Bros said it would cost 1 million to build her today!
