Wonderful sailboat for sale. She has beautiful lines and lots of years left for local cruising or island hopping. Refurbished bottom, with blister paint and epoxy coating. Nice new floor. Lived in the boat for the past 6 months off the grid on Catalina Island. The boat is completely self contained and ready for anything.

Equipment:
New main sail. Alado roller furling. Refurbished 3 cylinder Universal Diesel with rebuilt HBW10 Trans. Rigged for symmetrical spinnaker with good condition spinnaker. Brand new 2 blade 12x16 propeller. LP water heater and stove/oven. Pressurized water system. 100 watt solar panel, 250 wind generator. 2 225AH 6 volt deep cycle batteries. Clean attractive upholstery. Hot water shower. 15 gallon holding tank/25 gallon water. 50ft 3/8th anchor chain with 200ft rope, variety of anchors.
