30' Columbia 30

"Hiro" was the 25th out of 287 "Columbia 30" Sailboats designed by the infamous Bill Tripp in 1970 and produced between 1971 and 1973. Her sails are excellent and is her hull and interior is in great shape but she'll need a little mechanical work to get her to mint condition.

I was planning on doing a full restoration of this but unfortunately my job has me relocating before I could really get to it. I love this boat and I don't want to see it go.
Renovation items
The Atomic 4 engine is not operable (missing a cylinder head and exhaust manifold and could be sold for parts which would probably cover the cost off a new one.) I was planning on re-powering to electric anyway but I'm moving and it's going to be too much hassle to keep her and I can't move her where I'm going.
Keel nuts are pretty crusty. The bolts themselves don't seem to be in bad shape.
I have two gallons of paint one Ablative West marine CPP and one Petit Anti Fouling which is worth about $400 bucks right there.
Two of the stays should be replaced and the lighting has some issues in the forward v-berth.

A full restoration would cost between 4 and 6K maybe 7 if someone did all the work and fully restored these boats are selling for 20-30K but more importantly they simply don't make a boat like this anymore and it's arguably the smallest and most manageable single hand blue water sailboat you can find.
