Description:
This boat is excellent shape.
I bought in Lauderdale last Jan. It had only 500hrs. I spent two months making sure everything was seaworthy. Over 25k spent on new upgrades. American Eagle is now in Grenada on the hard.There is no better place to buy a boat...It is totally upwind from Fla. to the Caribbean. It is a broad reach to everywhere from Grenada. The best marine mechanics are in Grenada because of experience and number of Yachts hanging out South of the hurricane zone.
I'm in Arizona with a health condition that forces sale.
She has 900 hrs. now.

Sails have been touch-up and are in great shape. Will last 5yrs
Excellent A/C, Excellent freezer and refer. Tons of storage especially without 3rd bunk like charter boats.This has never been chartered or abused.All kitchen gear, tools,32" tv, DVD, Apple TV, 100ft power cord (2-50) for 30a and 50a.Folding prop and bottom are fine.All sail controls from the cockpit are nice.There is over $4000 worth off ground tackle added for safety.Contact me for the other many extras. 10 dinghy with 9.8 HP will plane out.
