24' Clark Boats San Juan 24

We just renewed the tags and this old girl is Seaworthy as she sits. Clean Texas Title in hand.

She was rescued, by us, and cleaned up to a comfortable and cozy cruiser. And we have loved our old boat and still do.

We are forced to sell due to money, so please don't ask us down too much on price? We have to buy an engine for our van...and need every dollar we can raise.

As for our boat, she has it all there, including a porta-potty in the V-Berth, some pretty new make-shift cushions, a sink with working pump faucet, the sails (main and jib), and is ready to go!

There is an outboard engine (no title on engine) that we'll throw in with this sale...simply because even though it runs, I wouldn't trust it too far.

This boat may be a cruiser for some, but it is a very FAST BOAT too! She could easily get away from you on the enclosed waters of a lake. I'd recommend moving her to open waters of a safe harbor.

If we could...we would move her, but we have no trailer and can't afford to buy one.
