This Premium (blue water) model is a beautiful, lightly used sailboat in almost new condition. We have sailed her in fresh water only. Classified as a “pocket cruiser” with a surprisingly large cockpit, and a comfortable interior, the West Wight Potter is easily trailered and launched, and can be quickly rigged. This boat it located at Lake Tahoe (and sealed for Tahoe access). The motor is a 4-cycle 6hp Yamaha with low hours. $21,000 including boat, motor, EZ-loader trailer, sails, depth-finder.

• The keel retracts vertically into the hull allowing the Potter to be the only fully beachable cruiser this size – great for going ashore in remote areas. The draft is only 6 inches with keel up.
• The keel is raised and lowered by using a convenient winch, which is operated from the cockpit. This allows the skipper to adjust the keel position, without having to leave the helm
• With the Potter 19’s closed cell foam flotation, fore and aft - the high and dry self-bailing cockpit and great stability achieved by the hard chine are two of this vessel’s most impressive attributes.
• Even in strong winds the Potter 19 does not heel excessively, and with the standard 'Lapper' sail, she becomes one of most responsive boats in her size.
• The interior features four sleeping berths while at the same time providing seating for up to five persons. Storage is extensive with compartments under each berth, a forward chain locker, storage under the sink and stove (to port and starboard), and handy seat
• The boat is still in production and has an active users group, so answers to questions, accessories, and parts are readily available. Reportedly unsinkable, another Potter 19 has even sailed to Hawaii.
