There is good, and bad with this boat, and as such I'm open to best offers, and partial trades with cash.
There had been one previous owner, and he kept the boat well maintained except for several parts which I'll discuss in a second. It was winterized and covered every year, and the diesel was professionally maintained. I sailed her up from the Cape 14 hours straight and had no issues.
There are a lot of extras, including a brand new $3,000 dodger, and spinnaker. The jib is in fair condition, and the main is in good condition. It could use a new Jib sheet. It currently has two batteries which are older and I'd recommend replacing. I have a brand new deep cycle batter that I bought with intentions of installing but I haven't gotten the chance to. Also included is a brand new battery charger.
-Dodger (brand new)
-docklines and many fenders
-various shorepower cords and extensions
-wide variety of tools (palm sanders, drills, etc)
-charts and navigation equipment
-Jib, Main and Asymmetrical sail (spinnaker)
-Bose stereo system (working)
-Brand new JABSCO 1150 automated bilge pump along with a 950 pump and float switch
-All cushions are older, but in good condition and clean
The boat sails great, and is still in the water, uncovered. I've arranged dockage for $150 per month, and can continue that arrangement for the right buyer. It's in East Boston
Starboard side decking definitely should be replaced. The balsa core is waterlogged in spots, and there's a bad spot on the starboard quarte
Floorboards near the galley should be replaced if you plan on moving aboard
Will need some replacement windows as they are cracked at the screws
I have many more pictures and can show you around the boat on weekends if you are interested. Open to offers but please don't low
