Designed by Sparkman & Stephens, this vessel is resident at South Bimini, the perfect location for daysailing, just a 20 minutes flight from Fort Lauderdale, Nassau and Free Port.

The boat is solid built and yet catches up speed quick.

Blue Jay (originally from Toronto) lives in a safe and calm channel in South Bimini where is well taken care of.

This boat has everything you need for day cruising. It is generous down below.

Steering wheel was removed and replaced by tiller - creates more space in the cockpit and handles very well. 5ft draft with 3600 lb externally bolted lead keel and high aspect sail ratio makes for a high performance for those who might race.
Needs a minimum of 43ft bridge clearance. Mast is stepped on deck and can be lowered if really needed. No blistering - hull is in great shape. Most recently hauled in December 2012 to inspect and paint bottom.
New diesel outboard to be installed prior summer 2019.
Sails are in good shape. Main was reinforced in 2012.

Fractional ownership of 25% at $7000 per share. I will keep the remaining 3. You will join a friendly partnership where flexibility on her use and good communication are well organized.

As for now there are low mooring costs, so the bi-montly costs for the new shareholder will be of $150 for local taxes and mooring.
