Description:
Catalina 250 with wing keel is a trailerable 25 ft pocket cruiser (and fast enough for club race). It is ideal for short overnight trips or as a day cruiser for the active sailing family. (Trailer not included).

The hull is higher than similar sized sailboats to allow for user cabin comfort. The cabin also has a pop-top which lifts to increase headroom.

Down below she has an open interior with twin forepeak berth, wrap around main salon seating and a huge aft cabin.

The head is completely enclosed with sink vanity and Thetford Porta-potti. The galley has a stove, with external LPG tank, a sink and fresh water system.

Boat is currently located at Albemarle Plantation Marina Slip B-14. Hertford, NC

Equipment:
Convenient standard 12-volt electrical system has control panel with outboard engine generator. A cabin mounted Standard Communications VHF radio is provided with a masthead antenna. The boat is loaded with gear and is in very good to excellent condition.

The OMC (Johnson) 8 hp, 2 stroke, outboard engine is also in very good condition and well maintained.
