31' Hunter 1984 Sloop

I am moving on to a larger boat. I purchased the boat in June 2015 and have enjoyed My Passion II immensely during the past three seasons.
Sleeps two in V berth, one in Salon and 1or 2 in aft port berth. Interior cushions and cabinets are in excellent condition. The sails are in good to excellent condition. Bimini top. It has a Yanmar 2 GMF 13 HP diesel. pressurized hot and cold water, head with basin and shower, cockpit table and cushions, bathing ladder, CD/ FM, VHF, coolbox. The boat itself is in good condition with the following having been done.

2015 Garmin 840 Chart plotter with an 8-inch color display Wheel stop placed on pedestal New Jib sheets, and Main halyard,

2016 Fresh water pump and automatic bilge pump replaced

2017 Keel faired and barrier coated and three coats of Micron CSC two-year antifouling paint.
New replacement Exhaust elbow on engine. A custom made aluminum one was used to replace the original one, which was cast iron and corroding internally. The cast iron had to be replaced every 3 years as per Bayshore Marine-Yanmar specialists. That will never be an issue with the new aluminum one.

Engine compartment fully sound insulated and rear access improved with easily removed panel.
New boom Gooseneck and outhaul
New traveler lines and cam cleats
New engine mounts.
New cockpit ignition and tach instrument panel
Sails totally treated by Sail Care rendering them in “as new” condition.
