This is the number one hull done by Pan Oceanic in 1979. She was formerly a show boat although you wouldn't know it now. She is in rough shape and needs someone to bring her back. Sails and rigging are intact but off the boat. New life lines also. Engine was running when she went on the hard for cleaning and then took a lightening strike. New refrigeration was done just prior as well. All cushion except the pilot house nav seat are in dry storage. New hinged mattress for the master stateroom also in dry storage. My husband started the refit but then got sick and ultimately passed away. I am negotiable as I do understand she needs a ton of work. Her hull is good and sturdy and the bottom has been stripped and fared mostly and could be ready for paint with a little work. All of the thru hulls are out. Honestly cannot tell you if they are available because my husband's shop was burglarized after his death and much was stolen. I know the rigging is safe. Also have a brand new heavy duty windlass that could be purchased separately. It was purchased for the boat but never put on and has been in dry storage since it's purchase.
