18 hp inboard diesel engine-1107 hours on the engine.
Survey completed Nov 2016 available upon request- sailed twice since then survey accurate with exception of recent damage to jib during wind storm in Seattle.
Replaced batteries and battery switch.
800 watt inverter.
Uniden UM425 VHF Radio and Simrad Navico TP10 autopilot
Type III self contained porta potti.
Brand new flares, life vests and running lights.
WA State Boat License thru June 2108 currently insured.
The only part of the boat non-functioning is the propane system for the stove I didn't get a chance to have the copper lines inspected but was planning on replacing with a dual burner butane stove that would be more powerful and useful. Estimated value $6500.
This is a great boat I sailed from point Ludlow to Seattle in 7 hours engine ran great whole time
With a little work, this is a fantastic sailboat I just can't take care of it from Phoenix, AZ and must part with this beauty.
