Reason for sale: I have owned sailboats for over 30 years. We had a Hunter 38 in the Bahamas we sailed in the winter(until Hurricane Dorian took her last August) and had this Pearson at our home to sail on Lake Michigan. She has been a good boat for us but we recently bought a larger boat to sail Lake Michigan more extensively since we lost our 38 in the Bahamas.
