27' Hunter 27 E

1981 Hunter 27’ Sailboat

This is an older boat that is not in too great of condition, but for it’s age it is not that bad. With a little bit of work it can be a great boat with a lot of life left. It is quite spacious for a 27’ boat and layed out very well. 6’ of standing clearance in the cabin. The motor runs, but is as old as the boat and it’s appearent. It is a fixer-upper, but is ready to sail as-is right now.

Primary Issues:

Main Sail is useable but very old
Alcohol cookstove may not work
One of the three winches needs fixed or replaced
Could use a good paint job
A lot of the wood needs refinished and/or replaced
Motor could use a tune up
Could use a good clean-up all around
No interior cushions

I am leaving the state and I do not want to lease a slip to keep this boat in a state that I will not be in. I am leaving in 2 weeks, and I have listed this on all the for-sale sites.
