30' Catalina 30 MK I

A little boat history: We are the second owners of the boat and have only had her since the fall of 2016. The original owner has kept the boat in pristine/new condition with proper care since 1984. The keel was serviced in 2015 re-caulked and bolted, the electrical system has been given an upgrade in 2016, the head has been replaced and upgraded in 2017, and every facet of the boat has been thoroughly scoured clean.
