This boat has all the equipment from the factory still on it besides the compass was shot. so will need a new one.Needs one halyard line replaced I have the line, but am not allowed to climb the mast here in the marina to fish it through the pulley. also will need a new battery to run interior and running lights. Although looks good in the picture the boat could use a coat of paint. No soft spots! solid hull.

I have 1973 Coronado 23 foot sailboat!!! model is the 23.. Day cruiser not an ocean boat nor a liveaboard. Has antique jc penny "air cooled" motor.that i completely went through and runs like a champ. No salt intrusion!!! Has a winch handle The main and the two jibs in good shape. The spinnaker has a 2 inch tear on the seem. ( Easy fix) has radio but needs antenna .No barnacles. Scraped monthly. Between the main and the motor she is ready to head out of the marina. Boat will need a coat of paint. No soft spots. No barnacles. Scraped monthly. Fixed keel with about 2 feet of draft. Has no through holes, so the hull is solid with overbuilt glass and no leaks.Has never been underwater. All rain runs off the back of the boat.

This is a day sailor. Pocket boat. Non liveaboard. No head no shower. Headroom is about 5 feet. Comes with anchor with 200 feet of line. and some miscellaneous sheet lines. Also has fiberglass swim ladder as well as a rope emergency ladder. Two life vest are also on board. The cabin is small but cozy. And the slip fee is cheaper than any apartment in town if you were interested in a slip transfer. That depends on you and your background. I do not work for the marina.So please don't ask if they will transfer the slip.
