1985 Catalina 27 Sailboat
White hull with blue boot top and camel non-skid deck. Double life lines (new in 2018) with bow & stern pulpits. Boarding ladder with teak treads. Pressurized water system with shower (21 gal. capacity). Deluxe interior with three opening hatches (with screens). Dodger, sail cover, winch covers, wheel/compass cover, bimini cover and full cockpit bimini top.
Sails: Standard rig with jiffy reef main (2 reef points and Harken lazy jack). 150 Genoa with cruising design CDI roller furling (2009) system. Whisker pole. Boom vang and split adjustable backstay. Two speed self-tailing Lewar jib winches, single speed main halyard winch.
Engine: Universal (M-18) 14 hp diesel (1186 hrs.) fresh water cooled with full instrumentation. New exhaust system in 2017, Batteries (3) with selector switch. Fuel capacity 21 gal.
Instruments: Edson wheel & compass (with emergency tiller), signet depth sounder, signet knot/log.
Galley: Two burner saf-gas compressed natural gas stove. Large, well insulated ice chest with Adler/Barbour cold machine marine refrigeration system.
Safety Equipment: All required safety equipment. Including 6 adult PFDs. One anchor, 18 lb. Danforth with 15 foo chain and 200 ft. rode. Many dock lines, 3 fenders (2 new) and boat hook.
Radio: Standard Communications VHF Radio.
2018: Double life lines with port and starboard gates
2016: Weems & Plath Electronic Flare, new running lights, new sheets & halyards.
Includes winter storage/cradle at Hans Pedersen & Sons, Keyport, NJ
