Description:
36' Spray sailboat. Bruce Roberts-Goodson design in steel. (see bruceroberts.com web site for additional details).
Condition: Approximately 90% metal work complete. Hull, fore deck and side decks complete, pilothouse constructed. Cockpit framed but not decked.
Additional items: 50 hp (nominal) Westerbeke marine diesel engine and transmission w/<10 hrs since major overhaul, SS prop shaft, bronze prop, 40' aluminum mast, 2 #40 and 2 #16 manual sail winches (all new), motorized anchor winch (new), CQR and Danforth style anchors (both new), porcelain head w/holding tank (both new), 2 Vetus Cowl vents (new), 2 commercially manufactured deck hatches (new), additional sundry items.
Waiver of liability: Since this boat has been build with the intent of non-commercial, personal use by an amateur welder/builder, the purchaser must sign a waiver of liability absolving the builder of any punitive or fiscal damages resulting in any failure as a result of construction quality or techniques used.
NOTE: The term "new" used above means that the referenced items, though purchased over a span of approximately 20 years have never been mounted on a boat nor used on a boat. Most item are still in original packaging where appropriate and are in "like new" condition.
