1977 C&C 26 Sailboat for Sale
I am selling my well maintained 1977 C&C 26 sailboat that is located on Lake of the Woods at Northern Harbour just 10 kms East of Kenora, Ontario. The reason I am selling the boat is because I am moving out of country and no longer have time to use the boat. I have owned the boat for the last 5 years and I know and sailed with the previous owner for many years before purchasing the vessel. This boat has a great and long history on this lake, winning many races and hosting some even better social hours. Listed below are most of the after market purchases and additions this boat has accumilated over its time. You will not find a better boat for this size and price |

Sailboat Accessories
Harken roller furling headsail - Can be seen in pictures - This makes any sailors day, a hell of a lot easier. Allows you to raise the head sail at the start of the year and not have to take it down, fold it up nicely into a sail bag and find somewhere to stow it away after every time you sail. Lets you get to those well-deserved libations a lot quicker with a lot less clean up after sailing!!
Roller Furling sail sock - The sun and rain can do some real damage to an uncovered sail, this sail cover allows you to leave your sail up and never have to worry about your sails being damaged
Dodger - Can be seen in pictures - I have been on this boat with and without this dodger and it does make a huge difference!!! When stuck below during bad weather it allows you to keep the hatches open and it is a savior, allowing fresh air in and out and not making you feel like your locked down below. While sailing or motoring in bad weather and the waves are crashing over the deck, it gives excellent cover to keep dry and cuts the wind entering the cockpit. Very easy to set up or take down in only a couple of minutes. The dodger was specifically altered to allow you to sail while leaving the dodger up, majority of boats with dodgers have to completely remove them to sail.
Solar Panel - Can be seen in pictures - Located on top of the cabin for maximum sun exposure |
