Description:
Rock solid S-2 9.1 that has had all the soft spots replaced. New bottom in summer of 2017. She needs the sole repaired over the bilge up to the mast. Medical problems with my knees have stopped me from finishing. Its nothing structural or that has to be dealt with immediately.

Equipment:
Pressurized water to galley and head shower and sink. Rod Rigging in great shape as well as the tapered mast. All replaced in 2007. 1 new set of racing sails with 1 reggata on them. 1 set of cruising sails that dont have much life left. 2 gm Yanmar that runs outstanding and sips fuel. Electronics, battery charger, cook top all good. My baby just needs a little more love and she will be like new. I had no intention on selling her because I take the wife and kids out sailing and camping all the time, but my knees are getting worse and I am fixing to have replacements. The boat stays in the lift and has air conditioning running 24/7. 1 carbon spin pole and 1 aluminum spin pole. Running rigging is all good to go. To many things to list.
