Accommodations The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42.1 offers a very open, spacious interior. As you descend the companionway, the forward facing nav station is to port with plenty of work space. The nav station houses the radar, stereo, and electrical panels. To starboard, opposite the nav station is the large aft head. Aft of the nav station is the passageway to the aft cabin with seating area and very big double berth that easily accomodates two adults comfortably.
The main salon features the galley to port forward of the nav station. The galley is equipped with a large refrigerator compartment, propane stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks, and plenty of storage in lockers and drawers. To starboard is the "U" shaped seating in the dining area. The dining table is a beautiful teak table with flip up/down leaves to make either a "cocktail" size table or a full size dining table. The table has been upgraded and is from a recent Jeanneau 52.
Moving forward to the master cabin, there is a head with shower to port and a seating/dressing area to starboard. The berth is large and is truly makes the forward cabin a luxurious "owner's stateroom."
Galley The galley runs along the port side of the main salon. It has excellent counter and storage space and features the following:
