Comes with helix mooring in Quincy Bay (Boston Harbor). "Faith" is a Newporter 40, Hull #69. Built 1959. Lovingly maintained. Award-winning. Designed by Ned Ackerman from Newport Beach, CA and built by Dorchester Shipyard in New Jersey. Very successful design with over 120 built. Known for their comfortable and spacious accommodations and good sailing and handling, the Newporter 40s have cruised extensively. Large V-berth with hanging closet vanity. Main salon has sofa, settee, and fireplace. Aft of that a full galley and head with separate a shower stall. She has a pilot house with a settee that converts into a double berth. Outside she has a manual helm. 6'4" head room throughout, broad beam for stability, space and comfort, lots of storage space, 3 water tanks holding > 400 gallons of water and the fuel tank holds 135 gallons for long passages.
