Description: GREAT WEEKEND RETREAT in Schooner Cove, Stamford CT. (Upstream from hurricane gate). Close to RR station.

Sleeps FIVE. FULL 6' 3" HEADROOM.
The Ericson 27 is an easily-single-handled small family cruiser for novice or experienced yachtsmen.

130% roller furling genoa makes for an easily handled boat well suited for light airs, but easily stepped down for more serious blows.

A relatively stiff boat, dry in 20 knots wind and easily sailed upwind as well as down.
The tiller mate auto pilot makes single handing this boat a breeze even in a seaway. (Has been sailed to Bermuda.)

Easily-serviced 1998 electric-start 9.9 hp 4 stroke Tohatsu outboard motor on an adjustable heavy duty bracket.
No more fussing with the inboard engine and inherent mess in the cabin space.

The interior is the simple traditional Ericson style, the feature that has made these boats so popular with cruising families over the years.
Realistic berths for 5 adults between the forward cabin, couches and pilot berth. Upholstery is attractive and in excellent condition.
The saloon table has a drop leaf, or can fold against the bulkhead.
Functional galley with sink, traditional ice box and 110 v refrigerator, 2 burner alcohol stove, microwave and coffee maker.

Rail mounted gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Custom, comfortable cockpit cushions.
Sani Pottie in enclosed cabin for privacy.

Recent upgrades include new, to code, wiring 110v shore power and battery charger, and new 20 gal freshwater tank.

"LIMEADE's hull is freshly-painted in Hatteras Cream with green accent stripes and special non-skid paint topsides.
New Anti-fouling paint.
