The Hallberg-Rassy Mistral 33 is a classic design, from Harry Hallberg, representing some of the best design elements of sailboats from the 1960's and 1970's, a classic era for sailboat design.
This sailboat is very stable and yet responsive, and handles well. A very sturdy sailboat. Cockpit Decking Teak. A well-known feature is the Extensive Use of Mahogany in the Trim and Cabin, which is All Original and in Excellent Condition as All Interior & Exterior Mahogany Trim has been Refinished. The teak deck is also in good condition, needing only caulking. Complete Set of Sails, including Working Jib, Genoa, 2 Spinnakers, and Roller Furling on Jib. Halyard Winches Overhauled In 1985. Hull and Rudder in Good Shape, No Delaminations, Frame & Ballast All Solid & Secured. Some Teak Deck Maintenance needed, and the Perkins Diesel is in great condition, just needing some injection pump and exhaust work. There are 6 Berths, a Full Head, 2 Sinks. All Jack Stands and 10' Dingy in Good Shape Included. The boat has always been covered when stored. |
