I am relocating across country and need to let her go. If you know sailboats you will love this boat. A stout vessel who deserves a good home. Currently she has a few cosmetic issues that should be addressed. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to spend on her at this point. Her sails are in good shape, although the canvas on the roller furler could use a couple stitches. The main was refurbished in 2017 by Coconut Grove Sails & Canvas. Engine is a Volvo Penta. She fires up well. She may be due for a flush of the raw water intake, but has a recent oil change. Prop shaft, strut, and bushing have been replaced (2016). Bottom is in good shape.
Over 6 feet of head room and a 10 foot beam.
She comes with:
Roller furler (pictured)
GPS with local charts (Florida and Bahamas)
Depth Finder (temperamental)
Wheel steering with emergency tiller
Wheel mounted autopilot (a sober friend)
Dual battery bank
Dual battery bank maintainer
100W Solar panel and charge controller
Extra hatches (I replaced the leaking hatches when I bought her, and ended up with extra)
Tons of odds, ends, spare parts- will update and add as I remember
Companionway step needs to be reaffixed, this is a wood working task. (see pictures)
Upholstery over second sink needs to be reaffixed, this will require a staple gun.
Head needs a maintenance kit (will flush, but won't fill)
Water pump for sink (possibly needs to be replaced, never used it as galley has foot pump)
She would really love some fresh paint
She is located in Pompano, but I am in Miami. This is part of the reason I have to sell her as is, as I simply do not have the time to bring her to showroom. I am open to offers. I do not have time for sea trials, however there is a travel lift at Apex Marine that can haul her out for an inspection for $300 (stays in straps). If that is something you are interested in, please make the arrangements. I am surely missing additional things she has/comes with. Please see photographs
