25' Catalina 250

1980 Catalina tall rig with pop top in good condition. Interior is in great shape, all wood was refinished a few years ago and cushions are in good condition. Cabin electrical wiring has been updated and lights upgraded to LED. She has the Galley cabin with dinette and microwave. 12 volt DC and 110 AC circuits in
the cabin. Small TV with DVD player. Small portable cartridge toilet. I have the pop top snap-on cover so you can enclose the cabin with the pop top up. Rudder HDPE 3 years old, Main Sail 3 years Old, 110 Jib 1 year old, New Anchor, Rode and Line Motor is 1980 9.9hp Johnson with Electric start. New ECM, Starter and Plugs, starts and runs great. Mast has just been recently converted from wirerope to all Rope halyards
new sheaves in masthead. Main sheet has been reconfigured to the sides of the cabin
to eliminate intrusion in the cockpit. New LED steaming light and deck light mounted
Mid-mast. 6 gallon portable fuel tank. Deep cycle accessory battery is 5 years old.
12 Volt crank battery, new last season. All running lights work. 8 foot beam with a Swing Keel that draws approx 5 feet when down. Topside bright work and canvases are ready for some attention. This boat drives better than any I have owned, she is pretty easy to single hand but life is always better when you have a friend to help change Tack. Wind steer is very minimal and she is big enough that waves from the cruisers cause little concern. She is ready to sail today, you can be under sail in 20 minutes after arriving at the Marina. She is slipped at Elm Hill Marina in a transferable slip with 20 amp 110 and 30 amp 220 shore power and running water. I do not have a trailer.
