The boat currently has an older set of dacron sails (mainsail is due for replacement at a cost of $2,500) also has 155%, 100%, 70% headsails and older spinnaker, it also has a new spinnaker and newer 135% tri-radial headsail that is in very good condition. The boat has the standard 2 burner alcohol stove, head, holding tank, 20 gallons of diesel, 30 gallons of potable water, V berth, twin settee in the salon the port one pulls out for a double. Cushions throughout the interior are very new and in very good condition. Current electronics are a base mount VHF below deck, raymarine hybrid touch e7D display (plotter with integrated) 4kW raymarine radar, head unit at the helm. Speed, temperature and depth are also provided via raytheon ST 60 head units with new transducers and wiring.

2012
Removed, re-bedded deck hardware
Replaced teak handrails.
Replaced cockpit drain hoses and engine exhaust hose.
Removed engine, cleaned/painted removed shaft, replaced cutlass bearing, and replaced shaft packing with PSS dripless seal.
Re-sealed Lewmar hatches.
2013
Installed through hull valve on galley sink drain.
Make canvas covers for new handrails.
2014
Replaced lazy jacks.
Replaced control lines for spinnaker pole.
Replaced all standing rigging.
2015
Removed, re-bedded side gate stanchions, rolled stanchions straight.
Service primary and halyard winches. New bearings and springs from Arco in Australia.
Added 90 of G4 to the primary anchor rode.
Added second rode under V berth with 22 lb Claw, chain and rode.
2016
Replaced all cabin interior cushions.
Replaced life lines with dyneema.
Replaced holding tank.
Replaced deck hatch lenses.
2017
Mast repainted with two part polyurethane.
New transducers and head units for speed/depth/temp.
2018
Stripped bottom, barrier coated, new AF system.
New raymarine E7D hybrid touch plotter and 4kW radar, on custom pole mount.
2019
Mainsheet, jib sheets, traveler lines and backstay line replaced.
