Custom built in 1992 one of seven and probably the last one surviving. Second owner of since 2015. 2020 refit including stripping and varnishing deck and mast and booms and all trim. Original white Topside paint now refinished in Interlux enamel gunmetal grey and looks stunning. She sails very nicely and has been a joy as she draws attention to her brightwork and sweet lines everywhere she has sailed. Boat is garage stored undercover and has only been sailed in Lake Ontario Canada and Ocean Pond in North Central Florida. Included with trailer is a handy launching dolly which is awesome if you have a cottage or place to keep her near a ramp or beach to launch her at your convenience! Fresh water only use in its life. Trailer also fresh water use only. Original tanbark sails in great condition as original owner didnt sail her very often and she sat in the same location at her berth ashore in Toronto for her entire life until purchased by me and moved after a couple years sailing her in Toronto. Also includes the original cover which goes over the boom like a tent and closes up tightly. You could sleep in the cockpit of this boat if you wanted. This cover is sadly in rough shape as the stitching let go but I kept it for the day I needed a template to create a new one. I have a North Sails cover the club gave me and it works well to just keep her covered and tidy. Ever receipt for the boat including its build are included along with images of her being built on Amherst Island Stella Ontario. High quality bronze used throughout the boat and lovely wooden blocks really make her look quite the mini yacht. Epoxy ply construction of high quality and no rot on the boat. Completely dry sailing experience.
