Irwin 10/4 she is a 25.5 ft., 10- 4beam ,sloop rig , shallow draft (30 ) swing keel design ,by Ted Irwin. Features a spacious cabin and cockpit for her length, small galley , sleeps 4, wheel steering helm. Both main and head sails are relatively new ( crispy ) condition. She has a furling head sail rig that is in great condition. I have had her on the hard since her hull sides and bottom were painted.. about two years ago. Bottom painted by me using an excellent top notch paint and with no blisters on bottom. Auxiliary powered by a Yanmar 10 Hp diesel running well. Shaft and prop are also in good condition. Running and standing rigging are good. Great day sailer and overnighter for south Florida due to her shallow draft and wide hull. Purchase of Trailer is available as an option $$. Or will deliver if within 99 miles. Reasonable offers will be considered.

Her weaknesses :
Top deck has some gel coat cracks and a couple of soft spots.
