L36's were mainly built in South Africa - about 50 of them. They are very solid and seaworthy sailing vessels and have cruised the world over.
She has a solid glass laminate hull with foam cored stringers; Skeg-hung spade rudder & Teak tiller. Mast is an oversized aluminum alloy double spreader mast head rig with integral track, deck stepped.

Present Rigging: Good general condition. On one (of six) chainplates rust forms where attached to steel insert on hull. Sails: Stored. Mainsail ok. Genoa & various storm/light. Gennaker Hull: Good. Keel, rudder & prop: Good Engine: Like new. less than 500 hours in total. Safety equipment: needs updating Canvass: Needs repair
Hauled out for maintenance 2023. Deck surface recoated with kiwigrip. Antifouled.
