This boat was completely restored in 2012 and we have been living aboard it since then. But cancer forces sale and my wife just isn't strong enough to sail anymore.
Every wire, bolt, thru-hull, Yanmar engine and every system got replaced. We've had it surveyed twice and it got a Bristol rating the first time and an Excellent rating last year.
This boat is ready to sail offshore to any destination you choose.
All cushions and v-Berth bed had been done in a 2 part foam with firm on the bottom and a med. firm on the top for long lasting comfort. Then new ultra leather which is easy to clean and maintain.
We own a canvas shop and the mainsail cover, connector and 2 side panels will be completed. So all new canvas.
Engine access has been customized for easy access.
I plan to have it hauled out and bottom painted unless sold as is and that price will be deducted.

It has a 135 Mack sail mitre cut genoa, a full batten offshore North Sail mainsail with 2 reefs. A Yanmar 3GM30F 27hp diesel.
Installed also is a 3000 watt Xantrex power inverter, Air Breeze wind machine, 2 adjustable solar panels, a MONITOR wind vane, led lights thru out, a Cozy Cabin bulkhead mounted propane heater, a 32 gal fresh water bladder, 50 gal poly fresh water tank, 18 septic tank, Domestic diaphragm macerator pump (absolutely the best), also has 1" insulation wrapping the hull, cockpit shower, Balmar 100amp high output alt w/smart regulator, 330 amp hrs AGM batteries, 20 gal water heater, Icon M802 SSB with AT140-tuner and backstay antenna, 32 gal new fuel tank, a 3 tiered bilge pumps 50/87/3700 w/alarm, 2 - 20# propane tanks, radar arch with many rod holders. Ray Marine electronics include lg. colour screen in cockpit and 13" BW on nav station, fish finder, depth finder, water temp, and maps of the east coast. Horizon VHF radio, 35# Delta and #25 Danforth anchors, windlass, Profurling, 1/4" backing plates on all stanchions, Seaward 3 burner stove/oven, Trident propane shutoff with gas sensor. Smoke alarm and CO2 alarm, 4 fire extinguishers, custom made Sunbrella spice rack and organizer. Emerson 38" flat screen TV, radio with Bluetooth and all weather cockpit Bose speakers.
