44' Robertson & Caine Leopard 44

Extensively outfitted 2011 Leopard 44. This fully bluewater-capable cat has just seen an extensive (and expensive) refit in March to July 2021.

She is kitted out for off-grid living and is completely autonomous with a large brand new watermaker, oversized 2000w bifacial solar array on a custom built SS arch that also acts as an aft shade so the dinghy never gets baked by the sun, a truly huge 24kw lifepo4 bank which will run the AC for days even if there is no sun and brand new Victron electrical system.

She is air conditioned throughout and is equipped with a 7kw Northern Lights marine diesel generator for redundancy.

She sports a Genoa and asymmetric spinnaker that are both brand new. Main sail is 4 years old and made of thick dacron good for several more years.

For Electronics she has a New EPIRB, IridiumGo with Marine Antenna, autopilot, top of the range Quantum 20" radar, two i70 MFDs and a nice large plotter all installed in 2021, along with a full Victron suite comprising of 2x MPPT controllers and a 3000w-120A multiplus inverter/charger.

Matahom also comes equipped with new Viking anchor: 2x inflatable SUP boards (great for saving space and having an uncluttered deck), 8 x 180w Underwater Lights with full Color Spectrum adjustable via Bluetooth App and every manual and power tool imaginable to carry out routine service and maintenance as well as emergency repairs and upgrades.

All original manuals for all systems and components are present in a fat folder for ease of reference and warranty purposes.

The 2020 3.2m super lightweight alu/hypalon dinghy with 2021 15hp Yamaha Enduro. Both have seen very little use and condition reflects this.

She is currently on the hard for the rainy season, new sand and bottom paint when she isready to splash for the sea trial.

We were getting ready to semi retire and leave Thailand for a long sabbatical, but business needs us back home for another couple of years so we've decided to sell our home rather than keep her sitting in a yard
