30' Pearson 303

The Pearson 303 is the perfect sailboat for day sailing and coastal cruising! It has a big boat feel and is very roomy for only being a 30-foot sailboat. Compared to most 30-foot sailboats the Pearson 303 sits higher off the water allowing it to have a deep and safe cockpit that can comfortably hold four adults.

The cabin has 6 of headroom that can comfortably sleep two. There is also a large sized quarter birth that stretches aft opposite the galley. The port and starboard settees in the saloon have removable seatbacks that allow them to be converted into two additional sleeping spaces. The dining room table folds down and has an extendable leaf that allows up to four. The boat is so roomy inside that you can still walk past the dining room table even with the leaf extended.

Use the well-equipped galley with a three-burner stove and oven for cooking while you are underway. Or cook some fresh fish on the outdoor Magma grill! Sink gets its water from the holding tank and hot-water heater. The well insulated, 5 cubic-foot icebox will keep your food cold and fresh for days. There is a large head with a sink and shower for when you take it out longer than a day.

This Pearson 303 has been well maintained and lovingly cared for. Engine runs like new, sails are in good condition, and the most of the running rigging is new.
