36' Mao Ta 36 AA-11C

Mao Ta 36 cutter sailboat.(similar to the union 36, Hans Christian, EO 36, ) has undergone a full refit . This is a true blue water boat capable of going anywhere and is now in great condition.

The renovations include
New diesel tank, new stern gland and cutlass bearing, New running and standing rigging, New chainplates, New basins and faucets in galley and heads, New plumbing hoses. New switchboard and new wiring where required. New fridge/freezer box, New fridge compressor and evaporator plate. New counter tops. New starter motor and exhaust bend. Teak deck has been removed, holes plugged, fiberglassed , epoxy primed , 2 pack polyurethane painted and kiwigrip antislip applied

topsides has been sanded, epoxy primed, and 2 pack polyurethane applied.

Bottom has three new coats of antifoul

exterior teak has been sanded and varnished

Interior has been painted and varnished as well
