32' Catalina C320 fractional

Selling 1/3rd share in our 2001 Catalina C320.

I have been in this very successful boat share partnership for 19 years and this is simply the best way to own a boat. I am looking to upgrade from my existing boat and start a new, equal partnership so I am selling my 1/3rd share. Equal partners share equal amount of time and annual expenses. This is not for profit. You would be one of the 3 equal owners. The partnership has a legal operating agreement that outlines all time and expenses would be shared equally and the boat is to be maintained like new to protect your investment for years to come.

Vessel is berthed on Sue Creek near the Baltimore Yacht Club so easy access to bay and fuel/pump out at BYC.

"Isle of Wight" is a fully equipped Catalina C320 that we purchased new in April 2001. The vessel has always been professionally maintained with all systems up to date and functioning properly. It is easily sailed by two, very safe and accommodating for a family and is ideal for the Chesapeake. It is maintained in great condition, super well equipped and has all maintenance records since new.
