Description:
Fastest under 40 foot monohull off the wind. 36 feet of pure speed. if you want to eat Farr 40s, Melges, and Rogers 46 for breakfast at a fraction of the cost this is boat for you. Stray Dog does 16 kts in her sleep. When you roll into regattas you will be the talk of the town. All 2400 pounds(almost half the weight of the boat) of lead on a 8.8 ft carbon fin canting from side to side with a hydraulic ram. When canted you sail hotter angles, but with boards pulled you are slipping sideways. Hotter, but deeper. Wrap your head around that! Be ready to gybe or you will blast right thru your VMG target angle. Dual Rudder, asymmetric blades on each side, and carbon fiber everything. She is stout and stiff which translates to rapid acceleration. Keel is easily removed for trailering. She is in good sailing shape. All sails are serviceable. There is deferred maintenance and priced accordingly.
