Description:
"Gracie" has been well maintained by her owner of 10 years. Recent upgrades and additions include beautifully installed Cherry wood ceiling. Ribs fiberglassed to hull and insulation placed between ribs. Covered with 2" cherry strapping. Rebedded stern stanchions 2015. Replaced Hot water tank 2014. Replaced interior lights with LED lights 2018. Sails cleaned and repaired yearly. New mast step installed 2019. New Main Halyard and Main and Genoa sheets 2018. Original Yanmar 2 GM diesel inboard as received consistent maintenance and is in great running condition.

Plow anchor with 30 3/8 chain and 250 rode on custom built stainless bow roller.
Spare Danforth with rode
Rail mounted stainless propane grill
Airhead composting toilet. Works great. Simple. No smell.
