30' Ranger 30

Excellent potential pocket cruiser. Since ownership, I have:

- Repowered from the gasoline Atomic 4 to a rebuilt diesel Westerbeke 30b Three. Very few hours on it.
- Remodeled the galley, installed a solenoid-controlled propane locker and sliding propane burners.
- Installed a new Dometic chest refrigerator/freezer. (I have not wired to DC yet).
- Had a custom V-birth mattress made
- New saloon cushions
- New sail bag lazy jacks
- New mainsail winches clutches blocks
- House batteries 2x years old
- Starter battery brand new
- New bottom paint

The headliner was taken down to gain access to the sailing hardware.

Comes with a bunch of parts as well (new water bladders, freshwater pump, accumulator tank).

Also comes with a few brand new halyards that I haven't run yet.

I lived on this boat for 3 years, it's an excellent first-time boat or small cruiser. Very easy to single-hand since everything is run back to the cockpit, and the sail bag makes it rather easy to raise/lower the sail.

The Ranger 30 was known for its racing capabilities (this boat has a long history of racing in the Annapolis area). The sailing and maneuvering characteristics make this boat very fun to sail. It's also extremely easy to dock since its keel is a fin keel.
